I was able to combine my love of exercise with my love of helping people by creating a program that enriches lives. The studio creates an intimate, comfortable setting for this journey.

Hi, I'm John!
I was born in Baton Rouge La. I have been residing in Lafayette since 1995. Shortly after high school I had a brief period battling addiction. After realizing I wanted a lifestyle change, I attended rehab and was guided towards a goal of finding my passion and thriving from it.
In an attempt to find a healthy and happy life, I began training myself in the gym and was pleased with the results. This became a new passion for me! I decided that helping others while doing something that I love was the positive direction I was looking for in my life.
In 2021 I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). I am looking forward to helping my clients reach and maintain their fitness goals. I am eager to guide them towards a healthy lifestyle and build positive friendships.

Hi, I'm Serianna!
I am a NASM certified personal trainer and a certified Les Mills Sprint instructor. I have four years of experience running bootcamps and working in group settings helping people gain confidence and fall in love with fitness.
I have been happily married for almost 8 years and I have two beautiful kids. After my second pregnancy I hired a personal trainer to help get my confidence back and to show me how to make the most of my time in the gym. Through that experience I gained far more than I expected. The confidence I was looking to gain in weight loss overflowed, making me a better mother, wife and friend.
I wanted to share this new found passion with others. I have a passion to help people feel good! I am always looking to better myself so that I can help others more efficiently.

Hey! I’m Bailey.
Five years ago, I started right where you are. I had goals and desires but not enough motivation to reach them alone. So, I turned to someone who dedicated their life to helping people like me. Now, that person is me!
My love for fitness started with a 13 year competitive soccer career. After high school, I moved on from soccer to dedicate my life to something bigger than personal benefit. I trained for 2 years to get a shot at being a US Marine. Throughout my preparation, I decided that although I was physically prepared, it wasn’t for me. My first job was in a gym and I haven’t been a part of any other industry. I wouldn’t change it for the world! I’ve also recently been through my own postpartum weight loss and have overcome many obstacles in order to get back to doing what I love, training!
I’ll guide you to turn your obstacles into advantages, your doubts into confidence, and your weaknesses into strengths!
